Servisource Recruitment are IMMEDIATELY seeking an Education, Policy and Standards Administrator Grade V for their client who is based within the Public Sector in Blackrock, Co Dublin.
Contract: 6 months
Location: Dublin 2
Days/Hours: 18.5 hours per week (mornings)
Salary: €43,628 p/a
Support the implementation of a digitised registration system within the organisation.
Contributing to the successful running of the Education and Careers projects and associated business processes.
Liaise with stakeholders in Higher Education Institutes to ensure the approval process for post graduate and under graduate courses runs smoothly and according to policy.
Management and scheduling of department meetings including calendar management for the Directors and minute taking for committees.
Monitoring department communications with stakeholders and develop relevant reports for the Directors.
Assist in identifying areas for improvement in the NMBI Professional Standards processes to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
Contribute to the ongoing development of standards and requirements policies in the department.
Assist in the development of organisational publications.
Support the organisation of site visits in relevant organisations, to include organisation of bookings and writing of final reports.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications in management, education, lean six sigma, minute-taking, project management (or similar) is advantageous
At least three years administration experience in a high through-put administrative process environment.
A working knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations is required.
Proven strong contributor to teamwork and demonstrate high performance qualities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including development of business reports.
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, board members and committee members.
Strong IT skills – advanced level of MS Office suite with experience of working with customer relationship management systems.
Highly analytical and solution orientated.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks in an effective manner to meet deadlines and performance targets.
