Cpl HR recruitment are looking for an experience professional services recruiter to join a global law firm to be the sole recruiter for EMEA. Reporting into the HR Manager, this new hire will recruit across areas such as business services, secretarial and lawyers at varying levels.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Building a strong pipeline of candidates
- Own and drive the full recruitment cycle
- Influence and update key stakeholder on current market trends
- Ensure candidates received excellent experience throughout, from engagement onwards
- Manage the current PSL
- Ensure headcount is kept with budget
Experience and skills required:
- Recruitment experience from a professional service or legal background
- Proven experience with an ATS system
- Ability to work between 10-15 open roles at any one time
- Be a flexible and enthusiastic person who can worth in a demanding environment
- Excellent stakeholder management
