Our client, a leading contractor company, is seeking to recruit two Site Administrator to work on major projects across the Dublin area. They all specialise in large scale commercial & residential projects. The successful candidate will have experience in construction, engineering, or architectural industry.
Manage the day to day running of the site office and provide administrative support to the site team
General administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager
File site project documentation
Filing of weekly site reports, memos and orders etc
Material and plants management
Maintaining health and safety records
Assist with meeting set up; meet and greet visitors to the site office
Assist sub-contractors with queries
To be considered for the role you must:
Experience in Engineering/Construction
2 years experience as a site administrator on residential/ commercial projects
Knowledgeable and confident in dealing with clients and other project teams
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Excellent IT and reporting skills
Attractive permanent role. Salary is negotiable depending on the suitability and fit of the candidate. However, the ideal candidate can expect a salary in the order of €35,000.
