Key Responsibilities:
• Client billing and WIP and Accounts;
• File management;
• Email and diary management; management of receivable reports
• Coordination of travel and meeting plans, processing of expenses, creation, editing, and formatting of legal papers and templates,
• upkeep and updating of client database
• other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Required skills and Expertise:
- 3-4 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary PA/EA;
- In-depth experience with Client Billing/Payments systems;
- Excellent IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point;
- Typing skills of at least 70 words per minute;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload;
- Team player, who can also work on their own initiative;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High degree of attention to detail.
