On behalf of our client, a statutory agency, we are seeking to recruit a Facilities Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Facilities Management which is inclusive of Project Management, Contract Management and Budget Management; H&S; Office Services and Lease Management for their Building Portfolio. The role is based in Dublin but will require domestic travel.
Support the property management and lease management of office buildings.
Support the constant review and implementation of Health and Safety policy and procedures across all offices.
Project manage externally appointed contractors & other agents to ensure economic & timely delivery in line with the objectives
Support procurement & tender processes across the facilities portfolio in line with best practise for public agencies.
Adhere to the Office of Government Procurement frameworks applicable to the Facilities Department.
Ensure Facilities Department Procedures & Procurement regulations are fully implemented.
Prepare and present proposals to the relevant Committees/Board as appropriate.
Ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.
Engage with clients and stakeholders on issues ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times
Third level degree qualification in property, facilities management or related is essential;
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facilities contract management;
Qualification in Health & Safety is desirable;
Client Focussed Relationship Building skills.
Full clean driving licence.
