Contract Manager / Facilities Manager/ Soft Services Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Soft Services Manager to join our clients services FM team. The successful candidate must have excellent soft services skills and will oversee the logistics of various projects, Contracts and Supplier management to inc H&S and all the soft services. This client has a number of commercial offices in and around Dublin and also an office in Belfast, Derry and Waterford so very much a mobile position going site to site. The position requires a full driving licence and access to a car.
- The Soft Services Manager will be overseeing standards, Contracts and Supplier management and performance across all 30 locations.
- Predominately based in Dublin but will need to travel to the larger sites (Derry, Belfast, Waterford) on occasions.
- The successful person will act in this position for 6 months and then possible join the wider mobile team of FM’s.
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
Manage Administration, Facilities Team, and external contractors in the facility space.
Ensure all Legal/Regulatory requirements are in place for fire management, evacuations, first aid, accident reporting and ergonomic assessments.
Building Security, Access Control, CCTV & Out of Hours Contact Point.
Ensure that all safety, access and contact details are in place and kept up to date for the Head Office and the appropriate reports collated.
Work in conjunction with and in close collaborations with HR and IT to ensure a proactive, staff on-boarding system is maintained, including forward-looking office space requirements and equipment needs.
Design and implement usage procedures and guidelines for staff amenities.
Assist with the organisation of these events, as directed by Site Lead, Maintenance & Service Providers.
Organise, host and attend monthly Building related meetings.
Management of the cleaning companies to ensure appropriate standards are being met.
Work with Hard Services Manager on any upcoming building maintenance.
Ensure that the annual Facilities and office budget is adequately managed.
Ensure that the appropriate financial tracking system is in place and maintained.
Maintain an updated tracking system for office places allocations and work with appropriate management personnel to assign new places.
Remuneration is negotiable depending on candidates qualifications, experience, suitability and fit for the role. However, the ideal candidate can expect circa €53K + benefits to inc expenses.
