FINANCE PARTNER-PERMANENT-NORTH CORK
Our client is seeking a strong Finance Partner to work with the Financial Controller in providing financial expertise for the Business through analysis of data and providing “value add” insights. This role will help ensure that the Business is run effectively and efficiently, while delivering the strategic objectives

Responsibilities:
· Assisting management with future planning in line with strategic ambitions and goals
· Analysis of sales performance and market share analysis
· Providing reliable and accurate information to the business on a weekly and monthly basis to facilitate effective decision making by senior management
· Developing, monitoring, and reviewing the reporting suite to ensure that the team has the right data at the right time to deliver the business's operational and strategic objectives.
· Use of data modelling to analyse findings and using the data to recommend improvements and changes to operations.
· Recommend and implement business strategies to increase profitability and efficiency
· Performing complex financial analysis to determine present and future performance
· Monitoring the effectiveness of sales campaigns and promotions
· Participation in cross functional teams to drive and implement business initiatives
· Implementation and monitoring of key financial and operational controls to ensure key risks are controlled
· Assisting the sales manager in sales area evaluation and sales team performance measurement.
· Providing accurate information and key insights.

· Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
· Advanced communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence, and partner individuals at all levels of the business
· Excellent conceptual and analytical capabilities with the ability to generate insights from large amounts of data
· Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Deep financial, operational, and commercial acumen with a clear understanding of the business and its drivers
· Ability to multi-task, displaying skill in establishing priorities and managing workloads to meet challenging deadlines
· Strong project management skills, taking a structured and methodical approach to work, consistently meeting deadlines
· Very high professional standards and integrity, with strong attention to detail
· Resilient and capable of dealing with pressurised situations and deadlines
· Strong IT skills.
· Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
· 5 - 6 years post-qualification experience
