Salary: €130,000–€140,000 (negotiable)

Cpl are currently working with a leader in the IT sector who are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join their leadership team and drive strategic financial planning, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement 3-year financial plans and models
- Oversee cash flow, tax planning, and risk mitigation
- Lead audit, compliance, and governance processes
- Manage AP, AR, payroll, and reporting
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with 5+ years in a Finance Director/CFO role
- Strong experience in strategic planning, treasury, and compliance
- Proven leadership and change management skills
- Knowledge of Dynamics and BI tools is an advantage
