Role Title: Accountant / Treasury Financial Analyst, Financial Control
Location: Hybrid working, which will include a blend of onsite (Dublin) and remote working

What you will be doing?
In Financial Control our key objective is to support the business in the delivery of a comprehensive accounting service to all areas of the organisation. This includes end-to-end accounting process from core system controls to financial control, delivery of statutory, management, legal entity and consolidated group accounts and external regulatory reporting obligations.
Vacancies currently exist at accountant and financial analyst level for a number of roles within the team, including group consolidation, treasury reporting, liquidity reporting and statistical reporting. These roles are being offered on a permanent basis.
Key accountabilities include:
- Preparation and review of financial, regulatory and management reports relevant to the role
- Ensure compliance to controls within the remit of the relevant role, ensuring that operational risk is minimised
- Drive continuous improvement across the Financial Control team with a view to improving, automating and eliminating manual adjustments
- Participate in projects and initiatives to optimise and streamline processes to deliver efficiencies
- Keep up to date on new accounting and regulatory rules and disclosures and the implications on management, financial and regulatory reporting
You will need to show us that you can/have:
- Professional Qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CFA), ideally with 1-3 years’ experience working in a finance or finance reporting role
- The ability to analyse and interpret data, to assess its value and communicate findings to the relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise way
- Experience in performance management and problem solving
- Effective core business capabilities including negotiating and influencing, stakeholder management and presentation skills
