Cpl has an immediate requirement for a Fundraising Administrator to work with a well-known national non-profit organisation in Cork. This is a temporary contract up until the end of December 2022.
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:00pm or 9:30am - 5:30pm.
- €17 - €20/hour DOE
- Immediate availability
- Hybrid working (flexibility required)
- Availability to attend events outside of working hours on occasion
What you will be doing:
- Actively seeking new ways to promote the work of the organisation and engage with the public locally.
- Increase income opportunities from 3rd party events, individual fundraisers, or groups by building effective relationships and partnerships.
- Working with the campaign's team to recruit volunteers and achieve fundraising targets.
- Ensure local media is maximised for the promotion of campaigns and the work of the organisation generally.
- Develop and deliver the suite of creative materials required to support fundraising products adhering to brand guidelines and managing third party suppliers.
- Develop key relationships with community groups, associations, local chambers and businesses which can assist the organisation reaching fundraising targets and building awareness.
- Utilise and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Handle enquiries.
Requirements:
- Experience in event management/ sponsorships/partnership development/sales a plus.
- Highly organised with ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Own car and full clean driver’s license essential.
- Flexibility to attend events outside of working hours.
