CPL are recruiting an experienced Asset Management and Investment Funds Legal Secretary for a global law firm based in Dublin 2 on a full-time, permanent basis.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and will be professional with excellent communication skills.

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Organizing meetings and maintaining Partner diaries
- Amending and preparing documentation
- Arranging travel, accommodation and visa’s if required for business trips
- Carrying out background research on people/companies prior to meetings
- Bill and narrative preparation
- Client file opening
- Organising expenses using Concur
- Organising and managing the filing systems and organising e-mail filing
- Preparing files and documents for, and retrieval from, storage
- AML
- Time recording
