Our client, a rapidly expanding MarTech SaaS company, is growing its Dublin team and looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join their SMB sales team. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to close, while also partnering closely with BDRs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver real value to ecommerce and retail brands across EMEA.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to demo, negotiation, and close
- Build and maintain your own pipeline, collaborating closely with BDRs to create new opportunities
- Engage and consult with decision-makers in ecommerce, D2C, and retail brands across EMEA
- Manage multiple deals with speed and precision in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate and share insights with peers to elevate team performance
- Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and consistency
What You Bring
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years’ experience carrying a revenue quota in B2B SaaS or MarTech
- Strong outbound mindset and comfort building pipeline independently
- Confidence engaging with marketing leaders and C-level stakeholders
- A competitive, target-driven attitude with a hunger to win
- Resilience, adaptability, and curiosity — you thrive on growth and feedback
- Fully authorized to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid permit)
