Your Responsibilities
- Provide support to HR operational processes, and ensure a consistently magical stakeholder experience
- Define, collect, and analyse process metrics. Use insights gathered to scale existing processes for growing and/or changing
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Training colleagues where required.
- Database maintenance
What We Are Looking For In You
- Bilingual (native German + min. C1 English) verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create dashboards, analyse data, distil findings, and present information in an easily digestible manner
- Knowledge of local labour laws
- Strong problem-solving ability Proficiency in MS Office/ and Google suit.
- Nice to have experience in preparation of government reporting
