Role will include:
- Working directly with Immigration, Tax and Relocation teams
- Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders
- Evaluate candidate immigration status to validate right to work strategy
- Consult with employees regarding immigration, relocation and tax
- Consult with hiring managers on relocation benefits/ packages, coordinate immigration and tax evaluation with external vendors
- Use experience to identify when issues require escalation and act as a point of contact for this
- Communicate any issues with the wider mobility team to ensure consistency and continuous improvement
Qualifications and Skills required:
- 3 years’ experience, ideally in a corporate global mobility environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to show compassion to your stakeholders
- Be an organised and well-planned individual
- Have the ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment
- Degree in HR or other suitable subject
- Be a creative and influential character
