The Client
My client is a pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Coleraine, although they are part of a major multinational brand. We are currently recruiting a Head of Quality and Regulatory Affairs to join their talented team.
The Role
The Head of Quality and Regulatory Affairs will develop and drive a work culture committed to compliance, quality and customer focus. You will lead and manage the strategic and operational performance of the Quality department ensuring the successful delivery of the business strategy.
You will decide upon and implement the overall regulatory strategy for the business, you will be a commercially astute individual that can wear multiple hats within the organisation.
The role will be instrumental in supporting the R&D function and the new product pipeline. You will have the opportunity to represent the company at international events and travel to client sites for technical visits.
The Person
· Degree is Science related subject
· Experience gained in pharmaceutical manufacturing
· Knowledge of ISO and cGMP
· Experience of FDA/European/ICH Regulatory Procedures
· Strong knowledge of review of validation & qualification of pharmaceutical processes
