Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Coach, develop and manage teams and ensure monthly growth targets are exceeded
- Develop and report on growth forecasts, budgets and plans and update CEO and leadership team as required
- Scale the Sales/BD teams and ensure a high-performing growth culture across the business
- Work with Marketing to improve the approach on targeting opportunities
The successful candidate:
- Will possess a proven track record of managing SaaS Sales/BD/Customer Success teams that sell into mid-market clients
- You will be highly goal orientated and possess a Business (or related) third level degree
- You will have a full and clean driving licence with the ability to travel on occasion
- Skilled communicator with a charismatic personality and the ability to pitch solutions to executive teams, industry experts and customer boards
