Head of Sales
My Client is based in Manchester is recruiting for a Head of Sales candidate to join their sales team. Working off a hybrid working model, my client is an emerging cloud-based analytics company with a solid client base including Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, retailers and distributors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation’s sales team undergoing rapid expansion.
Starting salary between £50 – £70K, depending on experience. X2 OTE.
• Managing the internal sales team.
• Building new client relationships, by developing effective communication channels that allows for business proposals to be discussed.
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, delivering the best possible products based on their requirements.
• Generating and analysing marketing algorithms linked to consumer spending patterns.
• Managing sales expectations This includes presenting regular sales reports to management, and growing KPI figures.
• 5 to 15 years B2B sales experience.
• Selling into retail or e-commerce markets is essential.
• Must have experience growing early-stage SaaS start-ups.
• Remote in the UK at the moment, based out of Manchester office post-Covid (end goal will be a hybrid working model)
