CPL are currently recruiting a HR Administrative Officer as part a nation- wide public body contract.
Working hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.27 p/h
This is a temporary role until approximately September 2022
Under the direction of the Line Manager to supervise the service points on a day-to-day basis and provide direct services to the public; to assist in the development of the service to meet the learning, information, leisure and cultural needs of the local community.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3, two GCE A Levels, BTEC National or equivalent or higher qualifications and possess a minimum of two years’ experience in a HR Office
Possess a minimum of four years’ experience in a HR Office
2. Experience of operating computerised management information systems and Microsoft Office systems including experience of creating, manipulating complex Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in a working environment.
3. Experience of working with internal and external partners/stakeholders to support service provision.
Knowledge & Skills
4.Knowledge of relevant HR Policy and Procedures
5.Knowledge of relevant employment law and data protection legislation.
