- Full responsibility of the TMS system to ensure rosters, annual leave is entered correctly.
- Generate necessary reports weekly on TMS
- Assist staff with queries on holiday balances, pay queries
- Understand employees contracts to ensure employees are receiving and working contracted hours.
- Filing of all relevant documentation and records
- HR degree or related discipline
- 1+ years' experience in HR Administration role
- Strong knowledge of MS office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
