Our public sector client in Dublin city centre is actively seeking an experienced HR Administrator for a 6-month temporary contract. Reporting into the HR Manager, the successful candidate will provide HR and general administrative assistance to the business, across all areas of HR.
RESPONIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Support all recruitment and onboarding activities
· Preparing and issuing Employment Contracts
· Maintaining HR records for employee leave, increments, probations etc.
· Processing applications for staff for various categories of leave and updating HR records
· Preparing Monthly Payroll Changes
· Updating Staff Handbook and Intranet
· Organising training courses for staff as required
· Preparation of report of any HR related data
· Any ad-hoc related duties that may arise
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· 2+ years’ HR Administration experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
