RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Provide support to HRBP on any open vacancies, in line with the organisation’s procedures and all relevant legislation
- Preparation of job descriptions and appropriate advertising
- Act as point of contact for any interested applicants
- Screen suitable CV’s and prepare shortlists
- Interview scheduling
- Conduct 1st stage interviews, depending on level of vacancy
- Completion of references and any required background screening
- Coordinate induction and assist where necessary
- Provide any process improvement recommendations relating to recruitment
- Provide any relevant HR ops support via helpdesk/mailbox and update systems & databases
- Reporting on HR analytics weekly/monthly and updating HR files
- Participate in any projects or initiative as required
EXPEREINCE REQUIRED
- 2+ years’ Recruitment/HR experience
- HR qualification
- Excellent analytical, administration and organisation skills
- Experience working in a high volume and fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
