Cpl are currently looking for a HR Advisor for an 11 month contract to join a Multinational organisation in Dublin City.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the first point of contact for all HR queries
- Responsible for the day to day delivery of onboarding, payroll interaction, or any other HR related duties
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Management of employee documentation both digitally and manually
- Handle a wide variety of HR related transactions
- Management and delivery of employee related documentation, including verification of employment and new hire documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1yrs+ professional HR experience, or 1yr+ operating in a shared services centre
- Educated to degree level (BA/BS Degre
- Experience in Workday is desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills
