As a HR Business Partner, you will act as a key part of the Limerick & European HR team & partner with departmental managers & colleagues across the business. You will also plan & deliver HR strategies, lead HR projects, support employee training/coaching to senior level, resolve employee queries & IR/ER issues, manage recruitment & provide in-depth HR reports & metrics to leadership teams.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
• 3rd level degree/qualification in a HR or a related discipline.
• 4+ years HR experience, ideally in a Generalist tor Business Partner role within a multinational or large corporate environment
• Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
This position is being offered as an initial contract with of 12 months. Salary range will depend on experience but expected to be up to approx 55k with additional benefits.
