Cpl Recruitment are currently looking for a HRBP for a 12 month Contract role in Waterford. The role requires Travel, so must have access to Vehicle and have a Full Clean Driving License.
Responsibilities:
· Be a first point of contact for all HR related queries, providing superior customer service to all colleagues in line with employment law legislation and internal policies.
· Work closely with managers to ensure probationary periods are managed effectively.
· Administer benefits including time and attendance, benefits and pension
· Liaise with payroll monthly on coordinating
· Ensure employee data is updated and maintained in line with GDPR requirements and respond to requests made under same
· Ensure the delivery of an effective, efficient, and professional HR service#
· Ensure HR processes are applied and adhered to consistently and fairly.
· Maintain an openness to feedback on your own performance and a commitment to implementing agreed performance/behavioural changes.
· Perform any other duties that are assigned to you by your manager and for which you have been provided with reasonable knowledge and training in respect of such responsibilities.
Requirements:
· 5+ years previous relevant experience
· Degree or 3rd level qualification (Business, Human Resources)
· CIPD Qualification, desirable
· Strong communication and relationship building skills
· Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
· Strong IT skills – MS Excel and MS Word and MS PowerPoint
