HR Generalist
CPL HR are seeking a HR Generalist to join a not for profit organisation based in Rathfarnham on a permanent contract. The Ideal candidate will be highly motivated in developing their HR career as they will be involved with a full suite of HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the full lifecycle recruitment process, including advertising posts, shortlisting of candidates, interviews, selection and job offers
- Updating and maintaining of HR systems
- Full responsibility for the preparation of Employee contracts, letters, starter packs etc and general administrative tasks
- Providing advice and assistance on any company policy queries and ER issues
- Working closely with the business to ensure all employee training needs are met
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work on own initiative
