Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will play a full part in all aspects of HR across the site, be responsible for delivering a high-quality HR service to employees & supporting departmental & team managers with their HR needs.
In addition to the above, you will also support internal & external recruitment, run on-boarding & induction processes for new hires, conduct relevant training for management teams in HR topics, manage HR KPI’s, deliver on HR reports, & manage employee engagement projects across diverse teams.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree qualified ideally in a HR or related discipline.
- 2-3+ years HR experience in a similar level HR Generalist or Specialist role.
- Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong IT skills including proven ability in a HRIS platform.
- Solid knowledge of Irish employment law.
This position is being offered as a permanent position with salary range depending on experience but expected to be in the 30-34k range, & excellent further career growth opportunities.
