Cpl has an immediate and exciting requirement for a HR Generalist in Cork to join a well-known retailer with 12 stores nationwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with retail management experience and a HR qualification/undertaking a HR qualification.
What you will be doing:
- Succession planning
- Providing HR advice to store managers
- Organising training for store managers and staff
- Updating handbooks
- Creating and issuing contracts of employment
- Implementing policies and procedures
What you will have:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or similar
- Previous experience working in a retail management setting a plus but not essential
- Excellent people management and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- IT proficiency (MS Office Suite)
