The Job:
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will play a full part in all aspects of HR across the organisation, be responsible for delivering a high quality HR service to employees & supporting departmental managers with their HR needs.
In addition to the above, you will also support induction processes for new employees, lead & deliver on specific HR projects & process improvements, support CSR initiatives, administer the time & attendance system & engage directly with employees on their queries & comps/bens entitlements.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree in a HR or related discipline.
- 3+ years HR experience in a similar level Generalist/Specialist or Business Partner role.
- Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Strong IT skills including proven ability in a HRIS platform.
- Previous experience in supporting a payroll function would be an advantage.
The Offer:
This position is being offered as specified purpose maternity leave contract with salary range depending on experience but expected to be in the 43-45k range.
Please note that due to Covid19, this role will be a 3 day week primarily working from home for an initial period.
