*HR Manager required by leading Biotechnology firm based in Nottingham*

A leading Biotechnology firm based in Nottingham, currently require a HR Manager to join the team to support 400% headcount growth over the course of 2023.

Upon joining, the HR Manager will;

·       Overseeing recruitment, selection and onboarding in the rapidly growing business;

·       Making sure the company is compliant with procedures and policies, and they are up-to-date;

·       Providing HR Support throughout the company, including with the leadership team;

·       Overseeing and managing monthly payroll processes.

In terms of skills, we are looking for HR Manager’s who have excellent experience as a HR Manager/HR Business Partner in a growing organisation. A valid CIPD Level 5 qualification would be great to have as would experience of working within the life sciences space (although this is not essential).
