The HRIS Analyst (Human Resources Information System Analyst) is responsible for assisting to maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) currently in Oracle, as well as our other HR systems. This position works very closely with functional groups and support teams to manage internal processes and data, along with educating users on the functionality of the system. This also includes ensuring security, accuracy, integrity, and availability of HRIS data. This role will report to the Manager, HRIS.
This role helps to maintain the integrity of our HR master data. The role will provide high level customer service and support to our organization by setting up positions in our HR master data and processing employee changes such as promotions/job changes, compensation changes, other data changes, and separations. This role works closely with HR Business Partners and HR Advisors from any of our global locations to assist with master data issues, process support, and report requests.
Serve as a HRIS partner supporting Total Rewards areas, including Compensation, Benefits, Performance/Goals and Reporting.
Serve as a consultative partner to HR and Payroll teams
Maintain and update system configuration, including supervisory organization, custom organization, locations etc.
Maintain and review data values in SAP to ensure high data integrity
Test, validate and implement business process changes in SAP
Meet expected business performance goals by providing exceptional customer service
Provide input and facilitate end user training in order to improve policy and process acumen
Create test cases and validate conformity of Oracle new releases to current operational business needs
Support manager and employee data/information requests
Support company initiatives in various areas, including performance management and various internal client-facing projects
Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in finance, business, and/or human resources
1-2 years combined experience in HRIS and HR Analytics
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proficiency building reports and using MS Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity
Proven ability to acquire and apply new technical skills quickly
Strong collaboration and communication skills, customer service oriented
Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements and protection of sensitive HR data
