Roles and responsibilities to include:
- Be a SME for Workday while ensuring the health and maintenance and testing of the system
- Ensure accuracy of data with other inhouse systems
- Identify any risks and minimise them
- Troubleshoot and report any unexpected issues
- Daily maintenance activities is essential
- Highlight possible process improvements and offer realistic solutions
Experience required:
- Experience implementing and supporting HR systems
- Minimum of 2 years experience supporting a Workday system
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- General HR and HRIS Industry Knowledge
- Ability to delivery quality system based results
