Seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee Microsoft 365 and on-prem infrastructure, including Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure AD. The role involves driving automation with PowerShell and Power Platform, managing system migrations, and ensuring service excellence through advanced troubleshooting and Level 3 support. You’ll also uphold governance and compliance standards, contribute to audits, and continuously improve operational processes and documentation.
