Full-Time Permanent Role
My client are a niche company that provide a compliance and clinical research software platforms to ensure the effective and compliant use of clinical trial and patient data. They are seeking a high-performing individual to join their dynamic global sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally renowned specialist within the pharmaceutical market.
- Previous experience with Inside Sales in English and German
- Passion working in Pharma Sales; Sales Management or Lead Generation
- Proactively engage with UK/EU clients, understanding challenges and developing solutions.
- Demonstrate knowledge in developing relationships to build client rapport.
Major responsibilities will call on you to answer queries, pre-qualify and starting the tailoring of solutions. You will generate new sales leads through various means including marketing-based activities and client referrals.

• Proactively reach out to prospective customers
• Navigate inbound sales inquiries
• Conduct pre-qualification of prospects
• Set up appointments with the appropriate sales team members
• Provide additional support for marketing-related functions
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in the Life Science/Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Industry or Inside Sales environment preferred.
• Fluent German + English language is required
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Initiative to find the resources needed to be successful in this role
This is a permanent role that can be home based anywhere in Germany/Austria. You will be compensated with a competitive basic salary, commission and excellent long term career prospects.
