- Territory is ALL of Ireland incl. Northern Ireland, UK & the Rest of The World
- Participate in marketing campaign planning, execution and measurement.
- Efficient routing of capital sales enquiries to the appropriate field sales person.
- Maintains an awareness of the competition by monitoring pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques or any other appropriate information.
- Continuously developing professional and technical skills/knowledge by attending in-house training, factory training, educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies as appropriate.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to eliminate root causes if possible.
- Achieving sales and margin targets as set by the company.
- Meeting KPI’s maintaining appropriate customer related sales information within ProspectSoft
