CPL HR are seeking an Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist for a Permanent role with a professional services organisation.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive 4 years Technical Recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

Manage the end to end recruitment process for candidates
Work closely with various stakeholders across the organisation.
Successfully target suitable talent and build pipeline for technology roles across our business
Develop an in-depth knowledge the companies recruitment cycle and its key stages.
Know the competitor market.
Responsible for creating role descriptions and job ads and posting across all platforms.
Develop resourcing campaigns and innovative ideas in order to attract talent.
Updating the recruitment database.
Stakeholder and relationship management.
Assist in any Ad hoc duties or project work.

Experience Required

HR degree or relevant qualification
4+ years Technical Recruitment experience (In-house experience essential)
Account management experience is essential
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
