Italian Client Account Manager
Are you a fluent Italian & English speaker, ideally with proven experience in supporting a corporate & commercial client base? Are you ambitious to kick on your career in Ireland beyond 1st level customer services?
Our client, a highly successful & dynamic US multinational in the medical devices & equipment sector are now expanding their Client Operations team in Limerick, with particular focus on growing in the Italian market.
As a Client Account Manager, you will deal directly with key corporate customers across Italian & English speaking markets & support colleagues in both Limerick & Italy.
Your main duties will include taking ownership of order quotation & tendering/contract preparation processes, engaging with customers on product shipping queries, submitting financial & product pricing data to databases, analysing order trends in your markets & delivering on KPI reports for management teams.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree/qualification in business/commerce ideally.
- 1-2+ years experience in an order management or client services role or 3+ years in a customer services position.
- Fluent Italian & English is essential.
- Proven ability to interact with colleagues & clients at all levels & deliver excellent client service.
This is a permanent position with €29.5k base salary, full pension, private health cover & additional benefits & company bonus following probation.
Please note this job will be a hybrid role with approx. 2-3 days work from home/remote so may also suit candidates outside of the immediate Limerick/mid west region.
