The Job:
- Provide Customer Service Support in the insurance financial services sector to customers of a major EU bank, provision of information, resolution of queries, communication with internal customers.
Responsibilities:

Responsibility for providing product information to bank branches and their customers

Claims related documentation control and request to appropriate recipients

Responsibility to provide detailed information on single or groups of live policies

Registering in the appropriate systems all that information related to pending cases

Reconciliation of legal documents in line with agreed procedures

Responsibility for guiding new and existing customers through the policy process for client
-
Resolving customer claims on a day to day basis in an efficient and timely manner
-
Recording customer support information and issues in the appropriate systems and ensuring that records are maintained and are kept up to date
Requirements:

Candidates should ideally have a Third-Level qualification in Insurance, Legal or Finance related discipline

Candidates must have relevant work experience in a similar role, ideally in the insurance sector or claims processing area

Previous legal experience is a must.

Be customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive with a particular attention to details and procedures

Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Be fluent in Italian, both written and spoken

Experience of working with a recognized CRM system is desirable
-
An ability to prioritize own workload, work to strict deadlines and effectively manage time
-
A professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills

A demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment
Salary: Basic €25,000 plus monthly performance bonus (€100 - €200)
Location: WFH for now but when safe employees will return to the office in Dublin 1
