Cpl in partnership with our client Pfizer are looking to hire an enthusiastic Junior Brand Manager to join their team.
MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
• Support the implementation of the Novel Anti-Infectives portfolio strategic and operational plans under the guidance of the Hospital Customer Marketing Lead. The role will involve driving innovation and collaboration across the team in terms of the marketing activity supporting this portfolio and future product launches.
• Support the marketing planning process under the guidance of the Hospital Customer Marketing Lead and ensure synergies are maximised across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with digital enabling platform colleagues on a continuous basis to ensure digital resources are leveraged to help maximise omni-channel approach.
• Collaborate with global AI community to ensure complete alignment with global brand plans.
• Assist Hospital Customer Marketing Lead in the design, production and dispatch of brand content and promotional materials. Ensure 100% alignment with the Global Content Policy & IPHA Code of Marketing Practice/SI541.
• Support Hospital Customer Marketing Lead to manage all local and international congresses/conventions.
• Process all MAPP transactions ensuring 100% compliance.
• Support the provision of monthly sales data analytics to inform the business.
• Provide general administrative support for the Hospital Business Unit commercial and medical teams.
REQUIRED SKILL SET
• Degree level qualification in Marketing, Business, Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Typically has 2 years previous experience in relevant or related work environment.
• Excellent understanding of marketing process from planning, executing to evaluating campaigns.
• Understanding of Irish pharmaceutical marketing.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Proven Team Player.
Marketing Planning
• Be a strong contributor to the strategic and operational brand plans within the hospital brand team and deliver to agreed time deadlines.
Implementation of Plans
• Ensure effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Ensure effective communication of brand strategy and messaging to sales team.
• Liaise closely with Hospital medical team to ensure clinical opportunities are maximized.
Monitoring and Control
• Monitor progress against designated promotional plan(s) to ensure corrective action can be taken if deviations occur.
Market Intelligence
• Analyse and interpret market intelligence from a range of sources, including market research to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for input into decisions.
• Analyse and address market issues, tactics with the Hospital team.
Quality & Compliance
• Ensure highest standards of compliance and quality are implemented.
• 100% adherence to the Pfizer T&E Policy,FCPA Policies,IPHA code of practice etc.
• Ensure compliance with all risk management, corporate and regulatory requirements and Affiliate’s QMS as they apply to this function.
