My client is looking to hire a Legal Counsel with experience in a Fund Management practice. The successful candidate with have 2 + years PQE.
Your Experience and Skills
• 2 + Years PQE.
• Knowledge of fund distribution
• Experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
• Keep stakeholders up to date on regulatory changes affecting fund promotion.
• Manage and respond to client queries related to their investments in funds.
• Draft, negotiate and review distribution agreements.
• Support wider business with legal concerns
• Report directly to General Counsel.
