My client, a leading medical devices organisation is seeking a Marketing Administrator to join their team in Cork on a temporary basis.
Key responsibilities of this role:
- Data Entry and provide administrative support to the Marketing Executives
- Prepare weekly reports for Marketing meetings.
- Proof-read advertisements, schedules, etc.
- On occasion, attend marketing events, meetings etc
- Support internal departments with various queries and requests
- Answer incoming calls to the Marketing Department
- At least 2-3 years administration experience
- Experiencing supporting a Marketing function is highly desirable
- Experience operating a CRM system is extremely beneficial
- Knowledge of MS Office is essential (excel, word, power point)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to process large volumes of data
- Keen desire to support with various projects and develop your skillset
- Enthusiastic, warm and flexible approach to work
