Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
- 1 to 2 years previous experience in a similar role in Customer Service, Call Centre, Social Media or BPO industries.
- Available to work in rotational shift timings and weekends
- Eligible to work full-time in Portugal
