- Draft business requirements/design specifications for the continued development of the system.
- Liaise with the user/ stakeholder groups to identify and scope out future developments
- Co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with relevant groups
- Liaise with Superuser Leads to inform the development of system user manuals and relevant work instructions
Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience and knowledge of CRM systems
- Knowledge of self-service platforms, telephony and other integrated information systems
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Applications, particularly Excel
- Experience in managing and engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Ability to understand and solve complex problems
- Logical and analytical approach to solving problems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work outside normal working hours if required
- Experience in technical/helpdesk support would be beneficial
- Experience of health service would be beneficial
- Some exposure to programming or statistical programming language would be desirable (e.g. Python, Visual Basic etc.)
