Key Responsibilities
- Support the overall management of residential services
- Lead and support nursing and care teams
- Ensure high standards of clinical care and compliance with HIQA standards
- Promote person-centred care and resident wellbeing
- Support staff development, rostering, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Active NMBI registration
- General Nursing qualification
- Minimum 7 years post-registration adult nursing experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in a management or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and residential care regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Residential, community, or elderly care experience desirable
