Servisource Recruitment are IMMEDIATELY seeking an Office Administrator for their client who is based in Dublin.
Contract: 6 month contract initially
Days/Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Hourly pay rate: €12.00 per hour (time ½ after 40 hours)
· Answer phones and deal with issues or take messages.
· Data Entry
· Operate the Proteus WMS.
· Customer order receipt and management.
· Process orders and stock receipts in Proteus.
· Produce pick sheets and related paperwork in-line with the warehouse requirements.
· Carryout Customer services tasks as required.
· Manage and record signed PODs received back from transport providers and on the web where applicable.
· Manage Purchase Orders and the PO log.
· Ensure that information is accurately recorded and stored.
· Complete relevant paperwork as course of office duties.
· File records as required.
· Follow clean as you go policy so housekeeping is kept to the required standards.
· Report any Health and Safety issues to supervisor/manager.
· To be able to work overtime as and when required to meet the business needs.
· To work at management discretion
Essential Requirements & Qualifications
· Up to date skills on computer packages e.g. Microsoft Office.
· Ability to work in a busy environment and on their own initiative.
· Good communication skills are essential.
