You will have full responsibility of overseeing and ensuring the smooth running and fulfilment of all tasks related to facilities, administration, staff management and events on a daily basis.
Duties will include:
- Ensuing front of house runs efficiently
- Manage all facilities requests, liaise with suppliers and vendors, deal with hospitality request and work closely with the team regarding events
- Book & arrange meetings, AGM's and arrange onsite visits for delegates
- Take minutes at meeting, action points, prepare board packs
- Management of 3 staff, onboarding of new staff
- Manage diaries of Directs as required
- 5 yrs relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong event management experience and highly organised
- Confident communicator with ability to build professional relationships with ease
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with advanced MS Office Suite.
