CPL are recruiting for a temporary Office Manager/ Executive Assistant for an International Aviation company based in Dublin 2.
- 9-12 month maternity cover contract role
What you will be doing :
- Booking travel within the office
- Managing expenses
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Facilities management
- Event planning and co-ordinating
- Diary management
- Assisting with execution of legal documents when required
- Arranging visas; notarisations and apostilles
- Assisting with moving in to new office space
- Working with office administrator to ensure all admin needs of the Dublin office are met
What you will have :
- Previous experience working as an Office Manager/ EA
- Previous diary management/ booking travel experience
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisation skills and detail oriented
- The ability to manage deadlines and effectively handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently on own initiative and as part of a team.
