Cpl are urgently seeking a Part-Time Administrator for an immediate start with our client in the Tourism sector based in Cork City
- Duration: 3 month
- Core hours: 14hrs a week (Mon - Fri/Mornings)
- Salary: €35,641
- Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to the existing team
- Take minutes during meetings
- Maintain and update databases and the CRM system
- Assist in the organisation of events, booking venues, organising rooms, sending invites etc.
- Create presentations for meetings
Requirements:
- Experience in similar admin roles
- Proficiency in MS Office especially SharePoint and PowerPoint
- Experience in using CRM systems is beneficial
- Availability in the morning Mon-Fri
- Proven strong communication skills - both written and oral
- Exposure to relationship management is essential
- Minimum QQI Level 6 required
