Location : Dublin
The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales and cross-functional teams to drive product adoption among mid-size advertisers and advertising agencies. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of using advertising and marketing technology solutions to meet business objectives. This role is based in Dublin and reports into the EMEA Head of Partner Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Voice of the customer
- Work directly with key internal stakeholders (sales leadership, account managers, marketing and product teams) to understand client needs and identify market opportunities to shape the development of partner enabled revenue and solutions
- Help to devise and iterate on a scaled approach to gather market feedback to be shared with sales and partner management
- Activation of Partner Solutions
- Drive education and adoption of partner enabled solutions that solve business needs for specific customer segments through direct client engagements
- Work with marketing, programs and training teams to drive education and scaled adoption of partner enabled solutions
- Track KPIs of solution adoption, client wins, partner enabled revenue and performance across different regions
- Report on numbers, project status and market insights to stakeholders on a regular basis

- Work with business product marketing and training teams to integrate partners to Meta’s go to market activities
- Liaise with the partner management teams in EMEA, the Americas and APAC to ensure the optimum mix and combination of partners are present and servicing markets to achieve and contribute significantly to sales objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years direct experience of consultative or solution selling / digital marketing, ideally in the online advertising or marketing technology industry
- Proven experience of analysing complex business problems and presenting technology solutions for these at multiple levels from C-level though to functional managers.
- Proven experience of working effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally.
- Exceptional written/oral communication skills and influence abilities.
- Excellent project management and quantitative/analytical skills
- Deep understanding and passion for Meta products, technology and online marketing, ideally direct response or performance marketing.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter. Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred
- Experience working remotely as part of a larger international team is a plus
