My client has an urgent requirement for a Payroll Specialist to join their dynamic team. Super opportunity for the right candidate. This role is also fully remote in the right candidate would prefer working from home.
The Role
The purpose of this role is to ensure payroll activities are professionally and effectively managed and processed accurately. This role is responsible for the day-to-day payroll duties including weekly and monthly payroll runs for multiple companies over several locations.
What you’ll do
· Responsible for the end to end monthly and weekly payroll administration for several entities across Europe
· Calculate deductions and adjustments
· Submit data to outsourced payroll processor
· Process and submit statutory payroll reporting within deadlines
· Accurate record keeping
· Reconciliation of payroll records
· Compile reports for management as required
· Subject matter expert dealing with queries from staff and management
· Adhoc projects including payroll implementation and migrations
What you will bring
· 3+ years payroll experience
· IPASS qualification
· Proven commitment to achieving deadlines
· Ability to work on own initiative
· Organised with strong attention to detail
· Microsoft office skills – excel, word, etc
