From Senior Payroll Analyst, Payroll Team Lead and Senior Payroll Manager.
All are for an immediate start and have a view to permanency.
Typical tasks and duties will include:
- Working with an outsourced payroll provider processing for multiple countries EMEA/APAC
- Coordinate Team’s deliverables
- Manage ad hoc projects related to payroll, benefits, Employee experience
- Support the international payroll processing for a number of countries in EMEA/APAC
- Resolve complex payroll issues
- Effectively collaborate with the payroll vendor to ensure that all pay impacting transactions are collected, processed and reported timely and accurately
- Assist the Accounting Team with payroll journal and
- Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes
- accrual preparations and the reconciliations of payroll general ledger balances
